It will take a day or two to get initial configuration sorted followed by what is generally about 2 weeks of discovery as you learn all the things Burble can do for you and become more adventurous with your thinking as you discover Burble's power and flexibility.
Burble staff are available to answer all your questions throughout setup and implementation. We can assist you remotely free of charge or, optionally, visit your facility to assist with setup at very reasonable rates.
There isn't a formal limit on free support as we are highly committed to your satisfaction. We hope that our relationship will be a long term one and the only way to achieve that is to make sure that you are 100% comfortable with our solution. Once configured Burble is exceedingly easy to use so this has never come back to bite us:-)
No. Burble staff are here to assist you with configuring Burble.
The reservation system for your customers is presently available in English, Spanish, Danish, and French. If you have a specific language you need and are willing to translate a file for us we can quickly make that language available for your customers.
We are also working on having Burble's backend available in alternative languages.
Yes. Burble is a full front to back solution. From Reservation to Manifesting to Reporting.
Yes. You can download any reports to a spreadsheet.
No. You can get reports for any data period going right back to when you start using Burble.
Yes. Adding to a load or switching a load is as simple as dragging a jumper (or jumpers) to the new load.
No. Burble is cloud based and has no per station fee. You can have as many workstations as you like.
No. Burble has infrastructure in place to replicate your data immediately to a separate location. It also has incremental backups being made automatically every day.
You only need a modern web browser to use Burble. We recommend the use of Google Chrome for optimal performance.
No. You can use PCs running windows or Linux equally well.
For desktop computers we recommend a minimum resolution of 1080P which on PCs generally means a 23" monitor and on an imac means the 21" model.
Yes. You just need a display that can run a web browser. We recommend the use of a Raspberry PI (small computer) and a 27" (or greater) TV to facilitate this. We are happy to help you with configuration.
Yes. We have an app available for Android, iOS (Apple) and Windows based phones. The app allows your sport jumpers to check-in, self manifest, check their transaction history and maintain a full electronic logbook complete with signatures. The name of this app is BurbleMe.
Absolutely - you have full control over which loads sport jumpers can access and how many slots are available to them.

Yes. Burble can be configured to check jumper credentials according to your specific requirements.

Yes. We presently integrate with Smartwaiver ,Google analytics, Adroll, Hubspot, Facebook, Peregrine Video Software wih more currently under development.
Yes we do. There is a nominal charge per text however.
One of Burble's major strengths is the encouragement of group reservations to grow through social sharing and ease of use. When your customer makes a reservation they are immediately provided with social sharing options and a link for their friends to join in.
Yes. You can take reservations and sell gift cards directly in Facebook. Let us know if you would like help with configuration.
Very easy. You simply need to integrate a web link into your existing site. Feel free to contact us for more details/suggestions.
Burble has the ability to create an "Agent" account which will allow a third party to make reservations on your calendar. This means you can easily recruit local hotels and tourist attractions to sell for you and incentives them with a commission structure which you have complete control over.
Absolutely. This is a crucial part of any reservation system today with approximately 60% of all online shopping taking place on phones these days. We have worked very hard to make the cleanest simplest reservation system out there that works well on any platform.
Yes. You can Add google analytics and tag manager to the customer booking process so your marketing manager can better understand what is and isn't working for you.
You need to sign up for an internet payment gateway. The money then comes directly from them to you.
Stripe and Paypal are available in many other parts of the world as well and we are actively adding other payment gateway options. If you don't see what you need for your region get in touch and we can discuss options.
